A study of possible temperatures, pressures, and densities in the Martian atmosphere. The author presents extreme values calculated for Martian atmospheric parameters that he believes must bracket the existing values. He also describes the strong effect that even a minute proportion of oxygen would create in the atmosphere of Mars
