Part of a continuing investigation to establish criteria by which the stability and dynamic load equations of boost vehicles can be determined. This Memorandum is concerned with the characterization of the dynamics of boost vehicles in the absence of aerodynamic and other external excitations. A subsequent study will develop the complete nonlinear perturbation equations. (See also RM-3268.)
