High frequency words and occurrence forms in Russian physics

One of a series of studies on the linguistic analysis of scientific Russian text. Rand Memorandum RM-2655, A Glossary of Russian Physics, tabulates the separate word forms appearing in 265,417 running words of physics text. This Memorandum lists the 1000 highest-frequency words and the 1000 highest-frequency occurance words of that glossary. Each list is arranged in descending order of frequency of occurrence and in alphabetical order. Cumulative frequencies and percentage of text covered are shown with each entry.
