A derivation of the explicit equations necessary for evaluating a differential correction process relating astronomical observations to orbital parameter corrections. The orbital parameters involved constitute a set particularly useful for orbits that are nearly circular. This Memorandum serves as a supplementary reference for orbit transfer studies already completed and orbital parameter estimation studies currently under way. 59 pp.
