A theoretical presentation of the detailed shape of plasma resonance in the spectrum of radio waves incoherently scattered from a hot plasma. The calculation includes exactly the lowest order effects of close collisions in the limit of long wavelength of the radiation and high plasma temperature. Results are applicable to some experiments on incoherent scattering of radar beams from the ionosphere.
