Army cost model programmers' reference manual

A presentation of detailed information, in addition to the program listing, necessary to programmers working with the Army Cost Model. This model is programmed in the language of the Rand-SOS Operating System for the IBM 7090, operating under the control of the Mock-Donald Monitor. Section I of the Memorandum includes operating instructions; Sec. II contains program documentation.
