A report on an aspect of research to develop a mathematical model of chemotherapy as an aid in studying problems relating to distribution and localization of drugs in the body. Specifically, the Memorandum presents the completed equations for a two-organ model in which there is exchange between the stationary and flowing phases in the large blood vessels. Results of a computer program are also given.
