An examination of some tentative conclusions that might have important operational implications for the use of air power in South Vietnam. Among these is the need for a better understanding of the impact of air power on Viet Cong mobility, initiative, and morale, and an equally urgent need for improving intelligence collection and analysis relating to air power effectiveness in South Vietnam.
