A description of a computer program for planning and scheduling base maintenance, support and training activities. The inputs are descriptions of base flying programs and maintenance, support and training policies; the outputs are displays of base requirements for personnel and equipment, workload control job check lists, and personnel and equipment dispatch orders. These outputs take into consideration the scheduled maintenance support and training tasks, but do not provide estimates of manpower or equipment for unscheduled maintenance.
