Dated December 1, 1950, this manual purposed to replace the obsolete Reeves instructions and permit the recording of RAND computing experiences gained during the previous two years of operation of the Reeves Electronic Analogue Computer (REAC). The REAC was an electronic and electromechanical differential analyzer, primarily intended for the solution of ordinary differential equations.
