A mathematical model implemented by a FORTRAN program for use in the resource analysis of alternative long-range plans for exploration of space, prepared for the Advanced Manned Missions Program Office of Headquarters NASA. Included are discussions of a program budget format for space exploration programs, the appropriate time horizon for planning space projects, and allocation schemes for joint costs. The model is described in terms of mathematical equations. The computer program description is from the user's viewpoint, emphasizing inputs and outputs. A listing of the FORTRAN source program is contained in an appendix. 188 pp.
