Baxter Brew is an M.Phil. student at the RAND School of Public Policy and an assistant policy researcher at RAND focusing on drugs, health, and education.
He has a B.A. in public policy and history from Claremont McKenna College. Through fellowships and research assistantships, he studied topics ranging from AI in education, abortion access, ancient and contemporary leadership, and the history of psychedelic medicine. He has also worked with organizations promoting access to psychedelic therapies for veterans.
