Finding a way through today's uncertain policy environment requires strong evidence-based research and analysis. Spotlight on 2009 illustrates RAND Europe's scope to open up new avenues for policymakers who face difficult and complex choices today and in the future. Spotlight also features developments over the course of 2009 that highlight our success: new appointments, new office space, adapting research teams, expanding our outreach programme and benefiting from the expertise and experience of our Trustees.
