Counterinsurgency Brochure

Published 2008

RAND research on counterinsurgency covers more than five decades of analysis. Counterinsurgency operations are examined to determine which tactics, techniques, and procedures led to success and which led to failure, with the hope that U.S. counterinsurgency operations in the future can learn from past lessons. This downloadable brochure features several RAND titles on counterinsurgency, from Pacification in Algeria to Counterinsurgency in Afghanistan, with links to each of the publications on the RAND web site.
