Documents state-level data on labor market, welfare system, and aggregate demographic variables relevant to the study of the Aid to Families with Dependent Children-Unemployed Fathers program. The data collected in this Note can be added to existing microdata samples having state identifiers. A number of the variables were difficult to locate, hence use of these data may spare future expense.

This report is part of the RAND Corporation note series. The note was a product of the RAND Corporation from 1979 to 1993 that reported other outputs of sponsored research for general distribution.
