This Note describes the testing and evaluation of a set of equations developed for use in the Air Force's Enlisted Force Management System. The equations predict annual airman loss and reenlistment rates by Air Force Specialty Code. Predictions from the loss models are compared to actual loss rates and to loss rates estimated by the model currently being used by the Air Force.
