User's Guide for the Longitudinal Scalogram Analysis Program

This Note is the user's manual for the Longitudinal Scalogram Analysis (LSA) program. LSA is an extension of cross-sectional scalogram analysis to longitudinal data. The LSA program has been used on Project ALERT to model stages of drug use involvement in adolescents.
