Increased operational capability through logistics analysis

A two-part discussion that (1) reviews the current logistics research effort and presents a general idea of the projects currently under way; and (2) presents the need for increasing Air Force operational capability through logistics analysis. Techniques are suggested that would modify current information collecting systems in order to capture fundamental data now being lost.
