A computer program of a three-dimensional model for estuaries and coastal seas is presented. The program can perform numerical interation of the equations of motion, the equation of continuity, and the equations representing transport of salt and temperature. A complicated equation of state is used. Vertical mass and momentum transfer coefficients are computed from density and velocity information. The program is experimental. The aspects of computation are described in R-1764-OWRT.
