Hamish Evans is a research assistant at RAND Europe working in the area of innovation, health and science. Prior to RAND, Evans worked at a social research agency. He holds a B.A. (Hons) degree in natural sciences from the University of Cambridge, where he specialised in the history of medicine and public health. His M.Sci. dissertation focussed on the history of antenatal health policy in Britain. His interests include public health, screening and prevention policies, and nudge theory.
