Manon Richard-Sheridan is a junior analyst at RAND Europe. She works in the health and care team. She has been part of several projects, evaluating various health systems and services, including community-based care services, the impact of new technologies on health systems and the workforce, global health and health policies. She has experience using different methods, such as desk research, literature reviews, interviews and workshops, and works mainly as a qualitative researcher.

She has experience conducting research in the field of women’s health in the UK, particularly on experiences of the care of endometriosis and other menstrual disorders and patient experiences. She has a particular interest in global health and the climate and health nexus.

She holds an M.Sc. in global health, social justice and public policy from King’s College London.
