Temusa (Tusa) Rukundo-Ayeh is a Ph.D. student in policy analysis (economics concentration) at the RAND School of Public Policy and an assistant policy researcher at RAND. Her research interests lie at the intersection of global health and development. Using mixed-methods, statistical, and quasi-experimental approaches, she studies health and well-being, health systems strengthening, and the impacts of policies and interventions on outcomes in low- and middle-income countries and the United States.

She holds an M.Phil. from the RAND School of Public Policy and a B.A. in economics and political science with a concentration in international development from Macalester College.
