Sarah Winder is an analyst at RAND Europe. Working in defence, security and justice, her research interests include gender issues, climate change, conflict, extremism, humanitarian assistance and human rights. She has experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Winder completed her M.A. in conflict and terrorism studies at the University of Auckland and has a B.Sc. in international relations, geography, and development studies from Victoria University of Wellington.
