The New Generation of Veterans

Veterans of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan face many challenges, particularly when it comes to health care. At this November 2011 Policy Forum, Schell and Schleifer discuss recent research into this new generation of combat veterans, including veterans' experiences with depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, and substance misuse, as well as challenges they face in their physical health, their access to services, and their post-military careers.
