Time to Clear Building Debris from Air Base Runways

Under nuclear attack in the area of high overpressure, buildings and other objects on a bomber base are likely to be destroyed and blown about as debris, some of which would fall on the runways. This paper suggests a method for clearing this debris and determining probable times required for clearing operations.
