RAND researchers present a detailed assessment of the economic development and workforce potential for sustainable sectors in the seven-county Pittsburgh region, augmenting a shorter companion report with key findings and recommendations. The analysis is intended to assist the Richard King Mellon Foundation and other stakeholders in making impactful decisions and investments that benefit social and economic well-being in the region.
