Inês Cunha is a senior analyst at RAND Europe in the Education, Employment and Skills research group.
She has extensive experience in public policy design and evaluation, behavioural research, and consumer protection in the EU context, and specialises in mixed-methods research, including multi-country surveys, focus groups, experimental designs and stakeholder interviews.
Her topic expertise spans behavioural insights, regulatory evaluation, consumer policy, digital markets, as well as social and economic policy, with a strong focus on producing evidence-based, actionable recommendations that support better policy outcomes. While she has a broad range of interests, she is particularly passionate about human behaviour, sustainability, wellbeing and social impact.
Cunha has an academic background in economics and international relations. She is fluent in English and Portuguese and has working proficiency in Spanish and French.
Cunha received her M.Sc. in research economics from UCLouvain & Catolica Lisbon SBE.
