Laura Nettuno is an associate economist at RAND. She is an applied microeconomist who has interests in health, labor, socioeconomic status, development, and criminal justice topics. Broadly, her research studies how policies and programs impact well-being outcomes for vulnerable populations.
Nettuno's research has previously been published in leading peer-reviewed journals such as Labour Economics, the Southern Economic Journal, PLOS One, and others, and has been cited by the Center for Disease Control.
