This report contains the entire (master) codebook for the Malaysian Family Life Survey. It describes the data-gathering phase of the study involving the development and field testing of survey instruments; the training of field personnel; and the collection, coding, and cleaning of data. The major portion of this appendix consists of a complete description of the data on the cards.
This publication is part of the RAND report series. The report series, a product of RAND from 1948 to 1993, represented the principal publication documenting and transmitting RAND's major research findings and final research.
