Aaron Clark-Ginsberg isn adjunct behavioral/social scientist at RAND and a professor of policy analysis at the RAND School of Public Policy. A risk and disaster researcher, Clark-Ginsberg specializes in local responses to crises; a topic he has focused on for close to two decades with research in more than a dozen countries.
