This report presents findings from the second phase of the project on public trust in science and scientific trustworthiness. It examines how scientific trustworthiness is demonstrated, rec-ognised and contested in online environments, with a particular focus on social media.
This publication is part of the RAND external publication series. Many RAND studies are published in peer-reviewed scholarly journals, as chapters in commercial books, or as documents published by other organizations.
