This report presents a review of recent evidence on public trust in science across Europe, the United States and Canada. The landscape review included conceptual and empirical research across three core questions: whether and how people trust science and scientists, what makes science and scientific institutions trustworthy, and how trustworthiness is demonstrated and recognised in practice.
