This is the publishable executive summary of the non-public final report of a study commissioned by the European Defence Agency (EDA) with the aim of defining and identifying the key skills and competences for the European Defence Technological and Industrial Base (EDTIB), within the context of both current and future supply and demand, in order to provide recommendations to ensure key skills and competences for defence can be maintained.
