Tim Conley is a senior operations researcher at the RAND Corporation. His professional expertise in operations analysis is concentrated in analyses related to strategic logistic support for the military services. Prior to retiring from Civil Service, within the Department of Defense, he was recognized as a Subject Matter Expert in Integrated Logistic Support and Operating and Support Cost Analyses, especially for military aircraft. Conley has extensive experience working with military aircraft and ship maintenance data, budget data, readiness reporting, cost analysis related to military, civilian and contractor organizations and the administrative and operational hierarchy for the military services.
