Technical Documentation for the Thirteenth American School District Panel Survey

This report provides technical information about the spring 2026 American School District Panel survey of school district leaders. This survey was administered to all regular K–12 public school districts. The authors describe the survey administration and weighting processes that they used to produce nationally representative estimates.
