RAND Arroyo Center Annual Report 2013

RAND Arroyo Center is the Army's federally funded research and development center for studies and analyses. Its mission is to help Army leaders make decisions that are informed by objective, high-quality analysis. This annual report describes Arroyo's research activities in FY13. It profiles Arroyo's five programs — Strategy and Resources; Manpower and Training; Force Development and Technology; Military Logistics; and Army Health — describing the research streams, clients, and projects of each and highlighting its major impacts.
