The Department of the Air Force (DAF) is seeking more diversity and more technical knowledge in its recruits at the same time the pool of eligible candidates who have a desire to serve is shrinking. As the U.S. Air Force (USAF) works to recruit the right candidates, RAND Corporation research offers a host of lessons learned.
