Three GTO Training Videos
These presentations consist of a series of videos that explain how U.S. Air Force Community Action Teams can use Getting To Outcomes® (GTO) to build a Community Action Plan (CAP). The first video presents an overview of the GTO process that U.S. Air Force installations use to create CAPs for implementing their resilience and prevention initiatives. It explains what a CAP is and provides an overview of how GTO is used to create one; it also briefly covers the ten-step GTO process. The second video provides more detail about the steps involved in planning a CAP, and the third video provides more information about evaluating and improving a CAP once it has been implemented.
